Alexander Julian At Home Products:

The furniture and clothing designer retained us to locate a paint license. Through our network of contacts we redefined the assignment (with his approval) to position Alexander Julian as a “Multi-Category Brand”, providing home décor expertise for all rooms of the house. This approach was presented to Lowe’s and Home Depot as a broad line of paint, wallpaper, hardwood flooring, area rugs, carpeting, curtains, curtain hardware, outdoor furniture and other categories, all matching the other “At Home” licenses he already had. We handled the presentation materials, flushed out the concept (with his guidance) and made the presentation. The end result was a muti-yeardeal over a number of categories at Lowe’s Home Centers.

Bosquema Teak Furniture:

We were recently approached by a manufacturer’s rep that had the rights to sell Bosquema in North America. Bosquema is a South American manufacturer of teak outdoor furniture that has distribution in Central and South America, and was looking to enter the U S market. We have assisted in developing the sales materials, setting up the representative network, establishing the pricing strategy, identifying targeted retailers, and going on the large account calls. We have gained distribution in a few regional retailers and are working with selected national accounts (brick & mortar and e-commerce), such as Smith & Hawken, to broaden the distribution base. Walgreens Food Shop at Home:

We developed the concept and were retained by ATICO USA, Walgreens (Walgreens has $25 billion in sales and is ranked number 12 retailer in the USA) second largest general merchandise vendor, to find an executional partner for a “Shop at Home Food” program for Walgreens website (over 900,000 views per day) and their 4,200 stores. We created the collateral materials, assisted in the selection of the product offering, established the pricing strategy, and provided consulting on the website. Crazy Plates Frozen Meals:

This Canadian company retained us to launch Crazy Plates in the US. They offer a selection of frozen meal kits that are delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare. The product won “Best New Food Product” of the year in 2002 in Canada. We successfully launched Crazy Plates in record time and have sales of 20,000+ units in six months, and growing. Kelly B. Rightsell Designs:

We have recently been retained by Kelly B. Rightsell Designs (KBR) www.kellyrightsell.com to act as their Licensing Agent. Kelly is a designer who created a line of classic, animal/nursery rhyme –related products for the nursery. Her distribution is primarily through independent juvenile and gift stores and the Internet. Our focus will be on developing licensing agreements for furniture, stationary, soft goods, bedding, towels and other Home, décor and apparel products, as well as securing distribution in selected national retailers.





Bob Timberlake/Bass Pro Shops:

We are currently working with Bob Timberlake, a North Carolina artist/designer, to develop a line of “Bob’s Original” food items to sell in his two retail outlets and via his successful catalogs and website. Bob has expanded his outdoor-themed prints business to encompass an entire line of home décor and apparel products that reflect the Timberlake casual rustic “lifestyle”. The food program will include a range of beef, pork, poultry, seafood, wild & exotic game and sauces and condiments that appeal to the Bob Timberlake franchise.

Through Timberlake’s relationship with Bass Pro Shops, a 28 unit outdoor sportsman’s “mega-store”, we will also merchandise the Timberlake food line via Bass Pro’s high-volume website and seasonal catalogs, expanding the exposure to a greater, more diverse, audience see www.bobsfoods.com and www.bassproshops.com




Buckhead’s Gourmet Foods

We have developed a distribution agreement with Buckhead Gourmet, a manufacturer of gourmet specialty sauces, salad dressings dipping sauces and marinades. These products allow a unique opportunity for the home chef to enjoy a true gourmet dining experience, with minimum preparation, time and effort. Our focus will be on new distribution west of the Rockies, hitting the major mass and specialty retailers in this high-growth area.


Bill Stubbs “A Moment of Luxury”

We are the exclusive licensing agent for Bill Stubbs, one of the foremost interior designers in the world. Bill is president of W. W. Stubbs & Associates, a Houston-based design firm that has transformed the interiors of multi-million dollar homes throughout the world. He was recently selected by Architectural Digest as a TOP 100 among the world’s leading designers and architects. We are in the process of taking Bill’s design experience and expertise to a broad range of home décor products through licensing agreements with major manufacturers in the marketplace, as well as launching a PBS television series for 2007 called “A moment of Luxury with Bill Stubbs” (see www.wwstubbs.com).
